Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.
Cleaning supplies are included in every cleaning. If you prefer that we use a special cleaning product, give us a ring. You will need to purchase the special products and leave them out on cleaning day.
Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of the service and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.
Here’s a listing of what gets cleaned in every room of your house during a standard cleaning. You can also request extra items via your customer dashboard.
All standard cleaning supplies are provided with the service. If you would like the cleaner to use something specific, please have it purchased and ready before the cleaners arrive.
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement. Please note that we do have a $50 same-day fee.
No, you can cancel service anytime as long as it is not within 24 hours of the service. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or a pre-determined number of appointments.
